How to print shipping labels / लेबल कैसे प्रिंट करें

3 simple steps

1. Download your shipping-label PDF from Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho.

2. Open the matching LabelCrop tool, choose A4 4 labels, A4 2 labels, ST4 sticker paper or your thermal label dimensions, then generate a preview.

3. Verify every barcode and the preview layout. When printing an ST4 adhesive sheet, select Actual size / 100%, not Fit to Page. Print a test on ordinary paper to check alignment first.

Common printing problems

Labels too small: Try A4 2 large labels or a larger thermal sheet. Do not stretch barcodes.

ST4 misalignment: Check your packet dimensions, printer margins and sheet feed position. Use the Advanced settings for offsets.

Amazon SKU not detected: Switch to Detailed mode, scan again and review unmatched orders. Do not assume an unidentified SKU is correct.

Mobile PDF not printing: Download the PDF and use your phone’s supported PDF viewer or system Print action.
